Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking numbers so you can follow your package’s journey.

Damages or Lost: Grown with Love Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item so we can work with our fulfillment provider to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges: Because all items are custom-made through our fulfillment partner, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
